Connor Dawson is a Vice President at Growth Catalyst Partners, a lower middle-market buyout firm focused on information, marketing and tech-enabled services businesses. Mr. Dawson started in private equity six years ago where he worked with Jim TenBroek and progressed to Senior Associate at Wind Point Partners, a middle-market private equity firm based in Chicago. Mr. Dawson sourced, executed, and managed private equity investments during his time at Wind Point.
Immediately prior to joining Growth Catalyst Partners, Mr. Dawson co-founded Rhabit, an online sports coaching platform featuring over 75 of the most successful tour players and coaches in tennis. Rhabit offers on-demand video lessons and interactive one-to-one lessons with video analysis through a proprietary application.
Mr. Dawson began his career as an investment banking analyst at UBS where he focused on consumer and retail clients.
Mr. Dawson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University where he captained the Yale Men’s Tennis Team.
Mr. Dawson lives in Chicago, IL. Interests include sports, specifically tennis and golf, and philanthropic causes relating to youth education and mentorship.
