Investment Criteria
GCP targets control investments in tech-enabled business services companies with a focus on information and marketing models. We specifically seek U.S. based companies that are growing or have the ability to grow in sectors that have long-term favorable dynamics. Typically, we seek companies with $3 million to $7 million of EBITDA (and opportunistically smaller and larger), with management that is willing to invest a portion of their capital alongside ours. In addition, we offer management an opportunity to share in the increase in equity value through management equity incentive programs. GCP pays particular attention to aligning incentives for all participants in an investment.
